Low Cost EPC are a national provider of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) and other property related services. We have access to a panel of more than 3,000 fully qualified and fully accredited domestic energy assessors who are audited on a regular bases and have been CRB checked.

How our service works

Our service works by allowing you to locate the nearest fully qualified domestic energy assessor in your area at the most competitive price possible. Once you have selected an assessor, s/he will contact you to arrange a suitable time to visit the property in order to carry out the assessment.

As part of the assessment, the assessor will gather information relating to the energy efficiency of your property and produce a report. The report is also referred to as the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). This report will be forwarded to you via email which in turn can be forwarded to your estate agent in the same way.
